PROVIDING DIVERSITY AND INCLUSIVITY

Employment Options, Inc., a company founded by Paula Vieillet, has been serving the work placement community to add diversity and inclusiveness since 1993.

This service-based organization was born from Paula’s desire to help individuals with disabilities who wanted to work, use their skills, and stay contributing members of the workforce and society versus living on disability benefits.

This passion to help others was inspired by her family’s personal story. When Paula was a child, a kind dentist hired her mother who had a disability. It meant so much to Paula’s family that her mom could go back to work after a disfiguring accident rendered her disabled.

Helping people with disabilities gain dignity through restoring their self-sufficiency and purpose became Paula’s primary mission.

Founder Paula Reuben Vieillet is a Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE) and is a nationally recognized author, presenter and speaker. She has consulted with the Social Security Administration, state and city agencies, and developed numerous job seeking skills workshops nationwide.

HELPING EMPLOYERS DIVERSIFY THEIR WORKFORCE WITH QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS

As Paula helped match employers looking to diversify their workforce with these qualified individuals, she became an expert in navigating the “ins and outs” of federal programs set up to help both individuals with disabilities and the employers hiring them.

Since that time, Employment Options, Inc. has been leading the way as an Employment Network (EN) in helping 1000’s of individuals who receive SSDI or SSI via the Ticket to Work program and has also helped over 70 qualified employers leverage the benefits of the SSI/SSDI program.

Today, Employment Options, Inc. proudly has three different divisions committed to helping employers seeking diverse workforces and individuals with disabilities find the perfect match to their unique needs.

My Employment Options (MEO) fully leverages the government’s Social Security Ticket to Work Program and serves both employers seeking to hire diverse candidates and jobseekers who receive SSDI or SSI benefits.

Ask MEO is a free service for individuals with disabilities or challenges who need guidance on employment resources to help them identify career opportunities, navigate government programs, and develop critical work skills.

MEO Staffing works to expand career opportunities for individuals with disabilities who want to work and who do not qualify for the Social Security Ticket to Work program.
