Employment Options, Inc. provides inclusive staffing services, job placement, and talent acquisition solutions to government entities and forward-thinking employers in the contiguous United States.

With a legacy spanning since 1993, our companies have successfully conquered the hidden job market and have facilitated the integration of thousands of job seekers into the workforce. Employment Options, Inc. sources our diverse candidates through our three distinct sectors: MEO Staffing, Ask MEO, and My Employment Options (MEO), all designed to assess and reintegrate job applicants into the workplace.

We have filled an average of 500 jobs per year since 2015 and are able to easily scale to serve more people.

My Employment Options, our Ticket to Work Division, is an Employment Network under the Social Security Ticket to Work Program, which is a voluntary program designed to aid individuals receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) to become self sufficient. My Employment Options started in 2003, the beginning of the program, and has an active Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide job placement services until October 2030.

Ask MEO is our referral resource company who helps job seekers with disabilities, and those with employment challenges, get connected to helpful employment and other social service resources they need.

MEO Staffing is our national staffing agency specializing in helping employers expand their workforces with high quality candidates, offering nationwide sourcing and recruitment, direct hire, executive search, and temporary/contract placement services.

About the Program: The Ticket Program is a free and voluntary program which helps people with disabilities move toward financial independence and connects them with the services and support they need to succeed in the workforce. With a safety net in place beneficiaries can try working without immediate loss of income or health benefits.
